It all started when…

After Tom Zummo ended a very successful career in the commercial real estate business, he decided to begin his encore career. Growing up and living in Sussex County, New Jersey, Tom had a desire to stay closer to home, where he loved the open space and farmland that he grew up with. Since he grew up in Sussex County, he had already knew many of the local farmers in the area. He sources all of his “ingredients” from the local farmers, of whom he has established relationships with over the years. It is his passion and his craft to products the finest topsoil and aggregates in the area…and he has been doing so since 2006. Everything is created in small batches to ensure the quality and sustainability of all his materials.
